Truth be told, we get very few calls. Just in case, we’re available from 9 AM to 9 PM EST but don’t be surprised if we answer at 3 AM.
Multiple Bitrates to 5000 kbps
iPlayerHD encodes your videos at multiple bitrates and we deliver them based on the bandwidth we detect. Our highest bitrate encode is currently 2000 kbps but you can upload your encoded files up to 5000 kbps.
No iPlayerHD Branding
Your video and playlist embeds never have iPlayerHD branding. Landing pages have an option to turn on the iPlayerHD logo but only you can turn it on.
Overage Control
We give you 100 GB of monthly bandwidth. You’ll likely never use it all. If you do, or you think you will, we’ll work with you to give you the amount you need. You’ll only pay for the actual bits you deliver over 100 GB. Overage control prevents a video from going viral without your permission.
Pay Wall Downloads
This is a really cool feature if you sell your content. iPlayerHD exposes every video’s URL in the subscriber’s Library. We also offer a Download feature with an address that may be copied and used to sell content. It may also be used to download any file you uploaded or we encoded.

Progressive Option
The most common delivery method if DRM is not important. The video caches to the viewer’s machine so they may watch multiple times without using your bandwidth. You may choose this option for every video uniquely.

iPlayerHD detects the device, in this case, a smartphone like an iPhone or Android device, and we deliver the appropriate video file, optimizing the viewer’s experience.
Streaming Option
Choose iPlayerHD’s RTMP Streaming delivery option and prevent your videos from being cached and saved. You may choose this option for every video uniquely.
Tablet Delivery
iPlayerHD detects the device, in this case, a tablet like an iPad or Galaxy Tab, and we deliver the appropriate video file, optimizing the viewer’s experience.
